Shipping Charges
Family Life Religious Supplies has a tiered structure for postage and packaging charges. We have tried to make this tiered system as fair as possible for all our customers. Orders will not be sent unless we receive correct postage and packaging payment.

These rates apply for personal orders for delivery in New Zealand:

$75.00+ free postage


For people wishing to purchase our products from the rest of the world, we are happy to send to you, however the above rates do not apply. We will e-mail you with the actual postage rate. Payment
Payment by visa, mastercard, bank transfer or cheque is accepted.

Please note that any payments by bank transfer that are incorrectly deposited into a wrong account (and we have provided the correct details) are not our responsibility and payment will still be required to complete the transaction.

Delivery
While every effort is made to send products within 24-48 hours of receiving the order during the week, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. This is especially important around Christmas. If you have not received your parcel within two weeks, please contact us on 0800 354 7467.

Returns
We will accept returns for damaged goods, however we need to be notified of damage within 7 days of you receiving your parcel. Damaged goods will need to be returned to Family Life Religious Supplies at the purchasers expense. We will replace any goods that have been damaged either prior to leaving our warehouse or in transit. We will not replace any goods that have been damaged after the purchaser has received the package.

We make every effort to describe and show our products with as much detail as we can. For most products this includes metric measurements. We will not accept returns for items because they are smaller (or larger) than the purchaser thought they were, unless it can be shown that our measurements are grossly incorrect, or that we did not publish the measurements in the first place. Please choose carefully!

We will accept returns for other reasons if we deem it is credible. In that case all returns must be packaged as well as when received by the customer, with original packaging (if any) in saleable condition. If returned goods are damaged when being returned to us or the packaging is damaged we may not be able to give a full refund.

Postage and packaging charges cannot be refunded.

All products on this website are current prices, they are subject to change without notice, although we will try and keep all information up-to-date. All prices include GST of 15%.

Privacy Statement
Family Life Religious Supplies respects your privacy. The server does not hold any information about you. We do however keep names and contact details of our customers for the purposes of promoting our products and specials. You can be asked to be removed from this list. We also hold credit card payment details for a period of six months as this is required by our bank. You are welcome to contact us if you would like to know what information we hold about you. Wholesale Customers
Those who purchase with the view to resell the products are entitled to a discount. Please contact Brendan Kaufman (contact details directly above) to make arrangements.

Wholesale customers can order directly from our website. When checking out, please select the method of payment that you usually use, and select the "free postage" option. Your postage will be calculated according to the exact rate we are charged by either NZ Post or NZ Couriers (depending on the best price option).

Specials will be given to you if the price is better than what your usual discount would give you. You will always receive the best price.

Please Note: We process all orders manually. Discounts will not show up in your shopping cart or at check out. Your usual discount will appear on your invoice though.
