St Joseph points to the Christ child for us to contemplate. Dressed in purple from the Royal line of King David, His golden sash represents wisdom. He holds a white lily, a flower of purity, for the perfect way he loved Mary. Jesus carries the prophesy of Isaiah "He sent me to bring good news..." With His other hand, He blesses us.
The image is mounted onto wood. Intended to hang on the wall or stand upright. The plaque measures 21cm high by 16cm wide. Made at the Studio of John the Baptist, New Zealand.
