About the Author…

Brian Johnston, California Commissioner on Aging, is a well-known advocate for the elderly and dependent.  He is a frequent spokesman on the threat of assisted suicide and has served on California’s Board of Examiners of Nursing Homes and on the Board of Directors of the National Legal Centre for the Medically Dependent and Disabled.
